Starway Inn - Lansing

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me discover local spots, which I appreciated. I recommend bringing your own coffee maker for convenience. I'm coming back for a Xmas.

The total experience was peaceful, I would recomand. Good value, room was clean, staff were helpful. The hotel had a nice location in the middle of jackson. It was within a close distance from Johnny K's, serving fast food. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfy.

The room was very fairly quiet with a clean bathroom. The bed was comfy, I enjoyed it. I loved the staff, they were VERY NICE and helpful people.

Consider requesting a room away from the lobby to minimize noise. The beds are comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

Clean comfort in a central spot

I was actually surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It had everything I needed for a great stay. The front desk staff was always ready to help.

Erroneous charges on my card after checkout upset me!!! The lack of a coffee maker in the room was inconvenient!!! A musty smell lingered upon arrival and took too long to air out!!!

I loved using the fitness center every morning and unwinding in the outdoor pool in the evenings. There’s a cozy lounge area to relax in after a long day. The bathroom could use some updating, but it had everything I needed to feel comfortable. I’d definitely recommend bringing your own snacks to enjoy during your stay! 😊

Had a blast with friends exploring the local sights! The staff were super friendly. The outdoor pool was perfect for evening relaxation, and the fitness center kept us on track. They provide coffee in the lobby for a nice start to the day. Definitely check out the nearby parks and restaurants!

We did notice a bit of an unusual smell in our room at first, but it cleared out after a bit of ventilation. Just something to keep in mind.

I really liked the peacefulness of the area. The room had a clean, warm atmosphere with a comfy bed that had four nice pillows. The tv was a nice touch, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave available. It was fantastic to have fresh towels brought in every day. I did notice the water pressure in the shower could have been better. The location was convenient, close to the highway. I had an issue with the cleaning staff trying to enter the room while I was resting. That felt a bit intrusive. While the room was dated, it was clean and efficient for a few nights away.

Starway Inn was a great choice! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was conveniently located near the highway. Plus, fresh towels daily.

The room offered a comfortable bed and it stayed clean throughout the stay. While the setup felt a bit dated, it still served its purpose well for my two-night visit. Ventilation was necessary upon entering since there was an initial off-putting smell. The lack of an in-room coffee maker was inconvenient, but I appreciated the fresh coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. Access to local eateries with typical local bread options was a good find.

The room was clean, fairly quiet, and the bathroom was clean; the helpful staff and exceptionally nice location were great.

This place is a great base for exploring the local area and has comfortable beds with clean rooms, making it my favorite spot to stay.
